As the global travel industry readjusts to a new post COVID-19 world, I believe there is a real thirst to be more creative with one’s travels. For example, there is a growing desire to record firsthand encounters through audio, photography & film. When approached sensitively it can be as fun, engaging and beneficial to all.

Certainly, I thoroughly enjoyed writing and recording this ‘Karma of Cochin’ podcast accompanied by images (captured by my travel colleague & friend Richard Crombie) when we recently visited India.

More than anything else we loved the process of engaging & capturing whoever & whatever came our way, now all rolled into an 8 minute podcast/film. It is an example of how a trip away can keep the focus on what’s right in front of you.
